* Replacement chemical filter media for Seachem Tidal Power Filters 55, 75, or 110
* Highly efficient, spherical carbon removes dissolved organics from aquarium water
* Activated carbon optimizes chemical filtration in your aquarium for clean, clear water

With ultra-convenient Seachem Tidal MatrixCarbon Pouches, you'll optimize chemical filtration in your Seachem Tidal Power Filter (size 55, 75, or 110) quickly, easily, and with virtually no mess. Zippered Tidal MatrixCarbon Pouches contain precise amounts (140 ml, 190 ml, or 275 ml) of Seachem MatrixCarbon filter media portioned specifically for use in Seachem Tidal Power Filters.

Seachem MatrixCarbon™, a truly unique activated carbon, is formed as a spherical bead for optimum hydrodynamics, and it will not compact/pack in your aquarium filter. MatrixCarbon permits maximum water flow and contact with its high density of macroporous binding sites. MatrixCarbon has a very low ash content as indicated by its minimal impact on pH, as well as the lowest leachable phosphate on the market.

Because it is made from macroporous bituminous coal, MatrixCarbon also offers mechanical filtration of larger organic molecules (like nitrogenous waste). This additional filtration capability helps enhance your overall aquarium water clarity and health

.

MatrixCarbon outperforms other high-grade carbons by at least two-fold when compared for total capacity to remove aquarium organic matter, rate of adsorption, and duration of use. 140 ml treats up to 55 gallons, 190 ml treats up to 75 gallons, 275 ml treats up to 110 gallons.
